An excellent project I worked on as Technical Manager at Mak2 S.r.l.
The project is still in use, proving the reliability of the design and the successful mold nesting. -
A huge project that I managed as Project Manager for Stemas S.r.l.
The production line, extending over more than 15 linear meters in Nobia’s latest plant (Sweden), was designed to manufacture all the components of a chest of drawers with impressive productivity.
This project allowed me to work with outstanding professionals: stakeholders who helped shape my experience and who, being satisfied, are still producing today with this powerful line of panel saws, edge banders, and 5-axis machining centers. -
DescriptA project I had the pleasure of managing as Project Manager for Stemas S.r.l. An impressive project that resulted in a fully automated warehouse capable of optimizing picking and storage operations according to the production orders loaded into the system.
With gigantic dimensions of 13 × 13 × H12 meters and an outstanding load capacity, the goal of the project was to automate an entire production section of the Belgian industrial group.
This project taught me how to manage large-scale contracts and complex stakeholder relationships.ion text goes here

Project managed as Project Manager, in close collaboration with the customer for the analysis of extensive pharmaceutical URS requirements.
The objective of the line was to replace the existing installations at the customer’s plant. The product, a high-sugar antacid, required special attention during the dosing and packaging phases.
The line was integrated with an additional stakeholder, Romaco S.r.l., responsible for secondary packaging. The supply was successfully completed: the line produces thousands of sticks per hour and strengthened my expertise in pharmaceutical validation.
-
The line consists of two independent machines with a total production capacity of 432,000 sachets per day.
Each machine is connected to checkweighers, stacking systems with magnetic rails, and a cartoner with a productivity of 90 cartons per minute.A large and complex project, developed for a customer working directly with the Turkish government for the commercialization of the product.
The goal was to position the customer as a manufacturing benchmark in the Turkish market, meeting particularly strict URS requirements and ensuring dosing under controlled atmosphere conditions.A challenging and exciting project that made it possible to establish a strong and long-lasting collaborative relationship with all the parties involved.
-
The customer’s requirement was to start production within five months for sticks intended for a new flagship product.
From order placement to product launch on store shelves, the available time did not allow all activities to be carried out according to the standard sequence. The product, destined for DM Germany stores, presented critical issues related to humidity and contact with parts at temperatures above 30 °C.
In agreement with the customer, I defined and planned together with the technical and R&D departments a phased delivery strategy for the line, allowing commissioning to be carried out directly at the customer’s plant. All stakeholders proved to be fully involved and collaborative.
The result: the product has been steadily on the market for over two years, with the integration of twin lines at the same production site.
